Minimum Qualifications

. 10-12+ Yeras of IT Industry experince

·5+ years as a Product Owner within a dedicated agile team

· Excellent requirement solicitation and story writing skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailoring to audiences

· Excellent critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations

· Proven success as a self-starter demonstrated in a highly collaborative, matrix environment

· Strong working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban

· Relevant undergraduate BA, BS degree in IT or Business or equivalent experience

· Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence

· Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

· Retail, Supply Chain business process knowledge/experience

We are looking for a hands-on Product Owner with 10–14 years of overall IT experience and at least 5+ years as a dedicated Product Owner.
