Description

Own the product backlog and delivery lifecycle for a dedicated agile team within the retail or supply chain domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and refining user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, and other agile ceremonies in alignment with SAFe or Scrum frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of value.
• Document product requirements and track progress using Jira and Confluence.
• Drive continuous improvement within the agile team through effective communication and critical thinking.

Required Skills

• 10-12+ years of total IT industry experience with 5+ years specifically as a Product Owner.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
• Experience in retail or supply chain business processes.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
