Description

You will own the product lifecycle for technical and customer-facing features from strategy through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and manage product backlog items.
• Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Manage backlogs, track sprints, and monitor development using Azure DevOps.
• Lead sprint planning, product demos, and retrospectives within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
• Define measurable KPIs to analyze product performance and drive data-driven improvements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of product management or technical business analysis experience.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks including Scrum and SAFe.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for Agile tracking.
• Deep understanding of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
• Technical acumen in Microsoft Azure cloud architecture and services.
• Proven ability in user story writing, roadmapping, and backlog grooming.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• CPSO or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
• Experience in customer-centric product development and design systems.
