You will own the product backlog, ensuring delivery of high-value features through clear requirements and cross-functional collaboration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and design teams during sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
• Review and accept completed work, track product performance, and suggest improvements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in product ownership or related roles.
• Proficiency in QA processes and testing methodologies.
• Strong ability to define acceptance criteria and validate deliverables.
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews).
• Proven track record of managing product backlogs and driving feature delivery.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering and design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance tracking and data-driven improvement suggestions.
