Description

Own the product backlog, define roadmaps, and drive Agile delivery for insurance platform modernization initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and sprint objectives.
• Lead backlog refinement, story grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable development tasks and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to prioritize enhancements and ensure successful sprint execution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership or similar roles.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and tools, specifically Targetprocess for backlog management and reporting.
• Strong understanding of the insurance domain, including Policy Administration, Claims Management, and Underwriting.
• Proficiency in creating Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Experience with estimation techniques such as T-Shirt Sizing and Story Points.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and translate business needs into technical requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of Agentic AI workflows and autonomous agent decision frameworks.
