Description

Own the product backlog and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables for Agile teams in the banking domain.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Features, Epics, and User Stories effectively in JIRA.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate business requirements.
• Produce structured documentation including process flows, user journey maps, and functional specifications.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, and decision-making.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Expertise in JIRA, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong background in the banking domain, specifically credit card or payments projects.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and other Product Owners.
• Proficiency in creating clear, structured documentation.
• Solid understanding of API concepts and experience reviewing Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and customer feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers and customer research teams.
