Description

You will own the product backlog and drive development within the Fintech sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage product backlogs and requirements using Jira or Trello.
• Apply Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban to drive product development.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable tasks.
• Coordinate with engineering teams in technical environments.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience with product management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• 2+ years of experience working within Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience in the Fintech industry.
• Proficiency in Product Management processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Coding experience in Golang, Java, JavaScript, Python, or Bash.
• Scrum certification or formal Agile training.
• Knowledge of financial regulations.
