Description

You will manage the product backlog and drive feature delivery through active collaboration with scrum teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, objectives, and MVP requirements.
• Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog with detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate UAT by creating test cases, organizing sessions, and tracking results to resolve issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define workflows, requirements, and business solutions.
• Represent the team to external stakeholders and leaders to ensure alignment on progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment as a Product Owner.
• Proven track record of directing developer efforts in deadline-driven environments.
• Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum project management concepts.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in writing user stories that translate business requirements into actionable items.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Ability to review and create data mappings across systems.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
• SQL knowledge, including database structure and query writing.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, or project management.
• Healthcare industry experience and familiarity with prior authorization processes.
• Understanding of application integration.
