Description

You will lead the design and development of multi-tier software solutions for web and Windows-based environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and document applications to meet specific user and agency requirements.
• Communicate technical requirements and project status to users, oversight agencies, and other ITS units.
• Resolve difficult technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Manage software development workflows under general direction using Agile methodology.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and management.
• Extensive experience with MS.NET technologies.
• Proven background in Agile methodology.
• Experience designing multi-tier software solutions for web and Windows.
• Ability to document complex application requirements.
• Experience working with oversight agencies and cross-functional ITS units.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
