You will own the vision, strategy, and delivery roadmap for financial products and digital solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Conduct impact analysis and define clear acceptance criteria for all user stories.
• Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve offerings.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Product Owner experience in Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or FinTech.
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Expertise in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog grooming.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Banking, lending, or payments platforms.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as KYC, AML, PCI-DSS, or PSD2.
• Proficiency with tools including Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
