Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of migration and journey-based features for the MARS platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the team backlog, defining functional and non-functional requirements aligned with migration goals.
• Translate legacy Triumph capabilities into MARS-ready requirements, identifying gaps and simplification opportunities.
• Lead discovery across legacy systems and SME inputs to define current-state behavior and future-state intent.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to manage cross-platform dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
• Lead refinement sessions and sprint planning to prioritize work based on capacity and business value.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise-scale environments.
• Proven experience in platform migrations, legacy-to-cloud transformations, or core system modernization.
• Strong ability to translate complex business processes and technical constraints into actionable requirements.
• Deep experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills to navigate evolving transformation plans.
• Experience with Project Governance and Project Planning.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services, payments, lending, or Accounts Receivable platforms.
• Exposure to large-scale data, billing, posting, or terms-management systems.
• Experience leading discovery workshops, event storming, or journey-based planning sessions.
