Description

You will drive the product roadmap and execution for corporate back-office platforms and operational systems in financial services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage product roadmaps, planning, prioritization, and execution for back-office operations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver modern software solutions for finance, treasury, and investment operations.
• Define requirements for cash and position reconciliation, operational controls, and financial close processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows using AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration to ensure governance and risk compliance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst.
• Domain expertise in Financial Services, specifically Back Office Operations, Controllers, or Treasury.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, controls, and reconciliation processes.
• Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and execute complex operational workflows.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building or enhancing corporate back-office platforms and operational systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools and understanding of their application in operational contexts.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI solution development (not required).
• Deep knowledge of investment operations and controller workflows.
