Description

You will translate product vision into actionable requirements for Agile teams, owning the backlog and release planning.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and act as the primary liaison to development teams.
• Lead product release planning and set delivery expectations for new functionalities.
• Ensure delivered features meet acceptance criteria and align with business goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within Agile software development.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
• Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and influence stakeholders.
• Technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
• Strong project management experience.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
