You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through iteration, ensuring features align with business objectives and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Define success metrics, track post-launch outcomes, and manage backlog prioritization based on customer needs.
• Articulate clear requirements to engineering, design, and QA teams; lead sprint planning, refinement, and demos.
• Collaborate in Figma to review flows, annotate designs, and create low-fidelity wireframes before development.
• Write precise user stories in Jira with strong acceptance criteria, linking design and technical references.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate requirement drafting and research while validating outputs for accuracy.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in agile software environments.
• Proficiency in Jira for story writing, epic structuring, and backlog management.
• Working proficiency in Figma for design review and basic prototyping.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) into daily product workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4) and basic SQL.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B platforms, or AI/ML-powered products.
