Key Responsibilities

• Design and map end-to-end business journeys across farmers, agents, cooperatives, buyers, input suppliers, and financial institutions
• Validate real-world behaviours, operating models, and economics of proposed solutions
• Solve for end-user pain points and incentivise changes in user behaviour
• Map alternative journey designs to achieve intended business outcomes at scale
• Conduct persona-based UX design across all stakeholder groups within the ecosystem
• Identify adoption risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Drive solution experimentation beyond current product boundaries
