Description
You will lead product vision and backlog management for the Customer Communication and Content Management domain.
Responsibilities
- Set a clear product vision in collaboration with the SAE and CPO.
- Align product features with Agile Epics, Features, and Stories.
- Manage, estimate, and prioritize the product backlog in coordination with the Scrum Master.
- Review and approve all completed work before release to business partners.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads and System Architects to deliver modular, reusable solutions.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of industry experience.
- Expertise in life insurance and annuity product development and servicing.
- Experience managing Content Management and customer communication projects using Quadient, Exstream, or FileNet.
- Proven experience leading developers working on ECM, CCM tools, and Document Management APIs.
- Direct experience working within the Agile SDLC.
- Proficiency with Jira or equivalent project management tools.
- Strong ability to align organizations on complex business features and technical decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AWS modules and Document DB.
