Description

You will manage internal web, desktop, and mobile products by bridging business requirements with technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end functional product use case testing and workflow validation.
• Translate business needs into detailed feature requirements, use cases, and product plans.
• Manage agile projects and sprints, including conducting daily scrums and tracking performance metrics.
• Coordinate software project schedules and timelines, assigning responsibilities to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze competitor features and maintain a prioritized backlog of product improvements.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of industry experience with a background in Business Analysis and QA.
• At least 5 years of dedicated experience working directly with web and mobile development teams.
• Proven experience managing SaaS-based products throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Experience working within a product-based company.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tracking agile metrics.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Zoho, Trello, or Target Process.
• Strong ability to communicate requirements and updates to stakeholders via phone, video, and email.

Preferred Skills

• Technical exposure to Blockchain, PHP, WordPress, Laravel, Node, React, React Native, Flutter, or Native Mobile Apps.
• Experience working in a service-based company environment.
