Description

Manage the product backlog and drive the development lifecycle from requirement gathering to release in Norwalk, CA.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, including user stories, features, and technical tasks.
• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align requirements with the product vision.
• Lead sprint and release planning to define scope and ensure team alignment on goals.
• Review and accept or reject completed user stories based on predefined quality standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Proven ability to manage project development processes and product backlogs.
• Expertise in writing clear, actionable requirements for developers, designers, and QA.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Technical background or experience in Elections Management.
