Description

You will lead cross-functional teams from design through to the delivery of fully-developed products, owning the end-to-end execution in an Agile infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities

• Create epics, features, and user stories to drive work to completion.
• Define product requirements, identify product gaps, and engage with customers to understand market needs.
• Coordinate project teams to ensure products are ready for customer use.
• Investigate facts and develop solutions during design and planning phases.
• Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of leadership or project management experience.
• 3+ years of technical experience.
• Proven experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong experience working within infrastructure-focused projects.
• Ability to manage timelines and associated budgets.
• Experience interpreting complex requirements and determining independent courses of action.
• Bachelor's degree.
