Translate investment management strategy into technical requirements and functional specifications to bridge business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and product strategy into complete functional specifications and clear user stories.
• Prioritize work within an agile environment based on project needs and constraints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, operations, legal, and compliance to capture requirements and secure approvals.
• Partner with developers to test and verify solutions meet business requirements.
• Engage with and train user personnel on system usage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership.
• Experience working within agile software development environments.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into technical specifications.
• Experience collaborating with legal, risk, and compliance partners to ensure policy alignment.
• Ability to present planned work to diverse stakeholder groups including UX, fraud, and communications.
• Proven ability to manage requirements across business and technology functions.
• Experience in finance or investment management projects.
