Define, build, and own the roadmap for wealth management platforms, aligning with business objectives and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, maintaining a prioritized product backlog.
• Partner with advisors, marketing, compliance, and technology teams to deliver high-quality, secure products.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retro) and guide the team in producing high-value, scalable solutions.
• Use data, research, and design thinking to enhance client-facing digital platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Advisor, or Financial Custodial domains.
• Proficiency in Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA.
• Understanding of financial compliance, risk management, and security standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Technology.
