You will lead the development and delivery of AI use cases supporting Substation Operations, Asset Management, and related business functions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Operations, IT, data teams, analytics teams, vendors, and leadership to align on AI strategy.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities and gather detailed business requirements.
• Define data and model needs, validating data accuracy for practical, trusted solutions.
• Drive AI initiatives from concept through pilot to production with measurable outcomes.
• Ensure each use case delivers clear business value and strong data foundations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience leading AI or data-driven product lifecycles.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Proven track record of moving initiatives from concept to production.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering and data teams.

Preferred Skills

• Background in utility, energy, or industrial operations.
• Familiarity with Substation Operations or Asset Management domains.
