Define the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) engineering solutions, translating business requirements into actionable engineering deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog for OHTL engineering solutions.
• Convert business requirements and use cases into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead requirement gathering, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and solution reviews.
• Validate engineering outputs to ensure compliance with utility standards and AI-generated design accuracy.
• Manage product risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and delivery governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Overhead Transmission Line engineering or utility projects.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Engineering Lead.
• Expertise in transmission line design processes, standards, and deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and value-driven delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate OHTL use cases into actionable development stories.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital engineering, engineering automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Knowledge of project governance, planning, and risk/crisis management.
