Description
You will own the lifecycle of platform products within the payments industry, from initial design through customer integration.
Responsibilities
- Own product outcomes and deliverables by managing the platform backlog, including grooming user stories, features, and epics.
- Define entrance and exit criteria and set measurable SMART leading and lagging metrics for all backlog items.
- Analyze system architecture, dependencies, data flows, and runtime properties to support technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and subject matter experts to resolve conflicting views and identify co-development opportunities.
- Improve team processes to accelerate delivery, drive innovation, and improve product quality.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of product management or new product development experience in the payments industry.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality products through design, development, deployment, and integration.
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience working within CI/CD, modern DevOps-based PDLC, and SDLC frameworks.
- Technical proficiency to enable Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Application of Lean product management and Lean management principles.
- Ability to manage and lead others through both direct relationships and influence.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical and business requirements to global stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with complex payment system architecture and data flows.
