Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Guide Scrum Masters on sprint prioritization and track progress to closure.
• Facilitate technical and functional discussions between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Report process updates and product progress to business executives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product ownership or related roles.
• Proven experience working on application development projects with technology teams.
• Working knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Valid Product Owner certification.
• Experience operating within large banking environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
