Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Assess customer needs and translate them into clear product features and user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with development teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate between customers, development teams, and business stakeholders to resolve dependencies and risks.
• Monitor product progress to ensure development aligns with the roadmap and drive continuous enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile and Scrum Software Development Methodologies.
• Proven experience defining product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience in dependency and risk management within product development.
• Exposure to product development architecture and system design.
• Knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira, Aha, or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
• SAFe Product Owner certification.
