Description

You will lead virtual development teams to build GIS-based tools for managing cable infrastructure and plant data.

Responsibilities

• Drive the story elaboration process to maintain at least two sprints of ready stories.
• Define acceptance criteria and prioritize the team backlog to achieve defined outcomes.
• Manage the user story backlog to ensure visibility, transparency, and clarity for all stakeholders.
• Accept completed user stories on behalf of customers based on established acceptance criteria.
• Participate in all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience functioning solely as a Product Owner for Scrum teams.
• Proven experience writing and refining user stories for software development teams.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira or Rally.
• Ability to partner with business, technology, and architecture stakeholders to deliver features iteratively.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Experience within the telecommunications industry.
