You act as the Scrum Team’s voice for users and business requirements, ensuring software deliveries align with stakeholder needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive story elaboration to maintain at least two sprints worth of ready stories.
• Define acceptance criteria and prioritize the team backlog to achieve specific goals.
• Manage the user story backlog to ensure visibility and clarity for all stakeholders.
• Accept completed user stories on behalf of customers based on predefined criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to coordinate feature development across teams.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience functioning as a Product Owner for Scrum Teams.
• Proven experience writing and refining user stories for software development teams.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Rally or Jira.
• Ability to partner with business, technology, and architecture stakeholders to deliver features iteratively.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Experience within the telecommunications industry.
