Description

You will own the product backlog, drive strategic planning, and manage the full UAT cycle to deliver business value.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product backlogs based on strategic business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating priorities in a time-critical environment.
• Execute and oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycle to ensure quality delivery.
• Lead strategic planning, risk management, and change management initiatives.
• Influence key partners and build relationships to drive collaboration across the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role with strong knowledge of product practices.
• Proven experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning.
• Hands-on experience managing the full UAT cycle.
• Strong background in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
• Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to present to all levels of the organization.
• Superior problem-solving and analytical skills with high learning agility.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
