Description

Manage the product backlog and drive feature delivery for Salesforce-based solutions within an Agile SCRUM environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Construct, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with Digital Product Managers and business stakeholders.
• Create detailed use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria to communicate requirements to technical teams.
• Coordinate sprint planning, manage feature dependencies, and plan product releases.
• Demonstrate completed work to stakeholders through regular sprint reviews.
• Align the IT architectural roadmap with the product backlog by working closely with technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Product Owner or Product Management roles.
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce (Community, Commerce Cloud, Sales, Service, etc).
• 2+ years of experience managing SCRUM teams.
• 2+ years of experience in contractor management.
• SAFe 5.0 Certified Product Owner/Product Manager.
• Extensive experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an Agile SCRUM environment.
• Technical depth sufficient to converse fluently with developers regarding functional and design requirements.
• Experience managing product lifecycles for both new and existing products.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce application development and implementation.
• SAFe 5 Agile Software Engineer certification.
• Background in Higher Education or Competency-based Learning/Education.
