Responsibilities

• Drive alignment around product vision and set clear goals for development teams.
• Initiate and manage projects from inception to completion with minimal guidance.

• Apply agile product delivery and lean methodologies to the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of direct experience in Product Owner or Product Management roles.
• Proven track record developing web applications, mobile applications, and APIs.
• Experience managing personalization capabilities or platform-based products.
• Strong expertise in agile methodologies and lean product delivery.
• Advanced analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a process-driven approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the finance, banking, or insurance sectors.
