Description

Drive product vision and strategy within an Agile environment, managing the full software development lifecycle from backlog definition to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a clear product vision and long-term strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage product backlogs using Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
• Write detailed user stories and manage iterations through the software development lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts between stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Deep experience with Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for backlog and documentation management.
• Experience in the payments industry, specifically with debit/credit processing, network technology, and payment processes.
• Technical, BA, or functional experience with TCS B@ANCS.
• Direct experience with SEPAs Direct Debit.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
