Description

You will serve as the Product Owner for Product MDM capabilities, driving data governance and transformation initiatives within a hybrid SAFe Agile model.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the Jira backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business priorities and MDM transformation goals.
• Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and track delivery in Jira to support enterprise tool adoption.
• Partner with UX and design teams to improve user workflows, usability, and adoption of enterprise systems.
• Facilitate stakeholder requirements, process mapping, and decision support for cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery environments, ensuring alignment with product lifecycle and data standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager supporting data, MDM, or enterprise systems.
• Deep understanding of Product Master Data, including SKUs, attributes, hierarchies, and data quality frameworks.
• Experience with Product Data Hub, MDM, procurement, supplier, or product lifecycle management platforms.
• Proficiency in Jira for backlog management, user story creation, and delivery tracking.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Informatica MDM, Reltio, PLM, or PIM.
• Strong background in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery methodologies.
• Ability to support large-scale, cross-functional transformation and redesign projects.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and data stewardship models.
