Lead technical and functional project management within the Property and Casualty insurance domain to ensure successful delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical and functional project management for timely implementation.
• Coordinate with agile teams to track IT implementations against the business model.
• Manage functional teams through effective communication and delivery management.
• Plan and execute project requirements.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of total IT experience.
• 2+ years of experience specifically as a Product Owner.
• Property and Casualty insurance domain knowledge from business and IT perspectives.
• Proficiency in SAFe and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience acting as an Agile Scrum Master.
• Strong SQL and data model expertise.
• Proven ability in delivery management and team building.
