Description

You will manage the product lifecycle by defining requirements and guiding development teams through the delivery of high-value features.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, including user stories, features, and technical tasks.
• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications to guide developers, designers, and QA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with the product vision.
• Lead sprint planning and release planning to define scope and communicate clear goals to the team.
• Review and accept or reject completed user stories based on predefined quality standards and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong ability to translate user needs into clear technical requirements.
• Proven experience in project management and product development processes.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions based on business value and customer feedback.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe methodologies.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Technical background or experience in Elections Management.
