Description

You will lead product strategy and backlog management for technical development squads.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring all items are prioritized and actionable.
• Write clear user stories and clarify business requirements for the development team daily.
• Remove execution roadblocks and align development efforts with business goals.
• Analyze feasibility, cost of delay, and economic ramifications of potential product changes.
• Monitor product health to balance long-term viability with short-term delivery costs.

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience in business technology or consulting.
• 3 to 5 years of direct experience working with hybrid agile teams (onshore and offshore).
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and IT Project Management methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Technical background or significant experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders and explain complex technical designs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of relevant products and portfolio management.
