Description

Manage the digital product lifecycle from concept to delivery as an individual contributor. You will partner with the Product Owner to define features, guide development, and ensure platform stability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define key features and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Gather requirements, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect triage.
• Analyze support trends, identify dependencies, and maintain platform stability via on-call rotations.
• Create training materials and manage third-party solutions for internal customers.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst roles.
• 3+ years of digital product experience.
• Proficiency with Agile methodology and user story generation.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to translate technical information for non-technical partners.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with A/B testing, analytics platforms, or enterprise e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of Waterfall SDLC.
