Description

You will manage the product backlog and drive execution for an assigned squad.

Responsibilities

• Execute squad priorities while ensuring alignment with business and product objectives.
• Develop, groom, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Write detailed user stories for incoming requirements and manage them within Jira.
• Partner with scrum masters, engineering managers, and squad members to plan and lead requirement execution.
• Establish key operational success metrics for the squad and analyze user journeys through stakeholder interaction.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of total relevant experience, including at least 5 years as a Product Owner.
• Hands-on experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand, prioritize, and execute user requirements.
