Description

Manage program backlogs and lead development teams through the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and participate in PI Planning sessions.
• Refine the Program Backlog in collaboration with the Product Manager to prepare for upcoming increments.
• Update the team backlog and lead the development team in sizing features and stories based on established velocity.
• Define stories, provide technical clarifications, and draft team objectives for the Program Increment.
• Develop Product and Technology Roadmaps by influencing business and technology stakeholders to identify priorities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in IT as a Program Manager or Product Owner.
• Experience delivering products using SDLC within Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.
• Deep understanding of web service technologies and user interface/interaction.
• Knowledge of Systems Development and Project Management lifecycles.
• Experience evaluating workload to drive efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Scrum Product Owner.
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
