Description

Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You will drive strategic and operational efforts across IT, Retail, Product, and Business Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, then manage all phases of the project lifecycle from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and external partners to gather requirements, set expectations, and communicate progress.
• Identify resource needs, assign responsibilities, and ensure team alignment to meet project goals.
• Anticipate risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and monitor budgets to control costs and ensure efficient resource use.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify learnings and continuously improve project processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of proven experience managing projects in a corporate, retail, or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to maintain clear and consistent stakeholder updates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification.
• Experience with POS, ERP, CRM, or enterprise system implementations.
• Familiarity with retail operations, supply chain, or store systems.
