Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget across IT, Retail, Product, and Business Operations.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, managing all lifecycle phases from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and external partners to gather requirements and communicate progress.
• Identify resource needs, assign responsibilities, and ensure team alignment to meet project goals.
• Anticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor budgets to control costs.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify learnings and improve processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of proven experience managing projects in corporate, retail, or technology environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools: Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills for managing multiple high-priority deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication for clear stakeholder updates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification.
• Experience with POS, ERP, CRM, or enterprise system implementations.
• Familiarity with retail operations, supply chain, or store systems.
