Description

You will act as the link between user needs, technical capabilities, and engineering requirements to build roadmaps and Agile backlogs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead backlog refinement for features and user stories to ensure teams meet sprint deadlines.
• Make trade-off decisions between features, quality, and delivery dates to optimize client solutions.
• Collaborate with Architects and Tech Leads to define non-functional requirements and infrastructure needs.
• Work with Quality Assurance to identify test cases for automated testing and coordinate product integration testing with business customers.
• Drive value by balancing cost, time, functionality, and quality while removing product-level impediments and managing the Program Backlog during PI Planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing product backlogs and requirements for Agile delivery teams.
• Proven experience delivering products using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Deep understanding of web service technologies and user interface/interaction.
• Knowledge of Systems Development and Project Management lifecycles.
• Experience developing Product and Technology Roadmaps by influencing business and technology partners.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to evaluate workload to drive efficiency and remove roadblocks.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
