Description

You will own the product lifecycle for process automation, robots, and microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate development within an Agile framework to ensure timely delivery.
• Define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, including features, epics, and user stories.
• Plan releases and sprint goals while balancing technical requirements and business functions.
• Collaborate with development, test, and integration teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and integration of products.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience specifically as a Product Owner.
• Proven experience in Process Automation or Software Product Development.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe practices.
• Experience working within cross-functional Agile teams.
• Ability to manage large-scale changes across multiple business areas.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Experience interfacing with Engineering, Sales, Corporate, Operations, IT, and Services units.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with process automation platforms such as Power Platform or UiPath.
• Knowledge of Business Process Automation.
