Description

Own the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for AI-driven solutions. Translate business problems into technical requirements and lead development efforts involving AI/LLM capabilities. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and ML teams to build scalable products. Drive Agile ceremonies, ensure timely delivery, and measure success through value realization, risk, and performance metrics. Support adoption, governance, and trust-building for AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for AI initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into actionable AI-driven solutions.
• Lead product development with engineering, data science, and ML teams.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure on-time feature delivery.
• Measure product success, risk, and governance compliance.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of total experience, including 3+ years as a Product Owner.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on or leadership experience in AI/LLM product development.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and NLP.
• Understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle and MLOps (deployment, monitoring, maintenance).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible AI practices, and risk mitigation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI governance, compliance, and trust-building frameworks.
• Background in identifying where AI adds value and addressing adoption challenges.
