Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical implementation roadmaps.
• Manage development workflows through developers and Scrum processes.
• Coordinate project update meetings with stakeholders.
• Leverage data and decision science to inform product direction.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of product management experience.
• 2 years of data analysis or decision science experience.
• 2 years of experience with loyalty management platforms.
• Experience managing work via Scrum.
• Understanding of microservices and APIs.
• Experience with Snowflake, PowerBI, or Microservices.
• Experience with Oracle CrowdTwist.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Preferred Skills

• CSPO certification.
• Experience with personalization tools.
