Description

You will own the definition and prioritization of the product backlog, ensuring conceptual and technical integrity of features.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the product backlog, acceptance criteria, and manage related plans, issues, and risks.
• Triage day-to-day production issues, assess impact, and track solutions with the technology team.
• Synthesize data and disseminate insights to assess market needs and competitive opportunities.
• Lead feature discovery and participate in product epic discovery.
• Oversee the development of product documentation, FAQs, and training materials for audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner role.
• Domain expertise in Single Family Acquisitions, Custody, and Secondary Market.
• Strong understanding of lender/customer industry delivery file XML formats (MISMO/ULDD, 1003/ULAD, UCD).
• Demonstrated success building consensus and influencing product enhancement decisions.
• Experience soliciting customer feedback and responding to product inquiries.
• Strong analytical skills for sourcing insights and identifying opportunities.
• Experience with Risk and controls frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience working in scaled Agile environments.
