You will manage product development using Agile methodologies and data-driven decision making in Reston, VA.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the product using Product KPIs and business metrics.
• Analyze, organize, and prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines.
• Solve complex problems through technical and business analysis.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to meet service expectations.
• Manage frequently changing priorities and workloads.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Product Owner experience with in-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, business development, solutions development, system analysis, or technical design.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and procedures.
• Expertise in using Product KPIs and business metrics for optimization.
• Bachelor's Degree in Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Ability to disclose any debarment or exclusion from Federal healthcare programs.

Preferred Skills

• Previous healthcare industry experience.
• Advanced degree.
