Description

You will own the product backlog and feature delivery for Single Family Acquisitions and Custody systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring technical and conceptual integrity.
• Triage production issues, assess impact, and track solutions with the engineering team.
• Lead feature discovery and synthesize market data to identify competitive opportunities.
• Oversee development of product documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
• Manage product plans, risks, and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner role.
• Domain expertise in Single Family Acquisitions, Custody, and Secondary Market.
• Strong understanding of lender/customer industry delivery file XML formats (MISMO/ULDD, 1003/ULAD, UCD).
• Demonstrated success building consensus and influencing product enhancement decisions.
• Experience soliciting customer feedback and responding to product inquiries.
• Strong analytical skills for sourcing insights and identifying opportunities.
• Experience with Risk and controls frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and scaled Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with XML data structures in financial services.
• Background in real estate technology or mortgage lending platforms.
