You own the Data Governance and Data Quality product roadmap, aligning it with the organizational data strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the DG/DQ product roadmap.
• Establish governance policies, standards, and stewardship models with business and IT leaders.
• Drive data quality initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and ensuring delivery via Agile methodologies.
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics for DG/DQ programs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data management.
• 5+ years in Data Governance and Data Quality.
• Proven experience implementing enterprise-scale DG/DQ programs.
• Expertise in data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM).
• Strong knowledge of Informatica Data Governance tools (IDMC).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum as a Product Owner.
• Familiarity with data architecture principles, metadata management, and lineage tracking.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, SOX).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data ecosystems.

Preferred Skills

• Skills in Data Analytics, AI/ML, and MDM.
