Description

Owns the product backlog, roadmap, and acceptance criteria to drive business value in collaboration with IT teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap, epics, and features based on product vision and business value.
• Lead backlog definition and prioritization in collaboration with business owners, architects, and business analysts.
• Write and refine user stories, ensuring well-defined acceptance criteria for development deliverables.
• Mentor product owners and business analysts on Agile practices, user story writing, and MVP breakdown.
• Guide team improvements through grooming sessions and support culture change for delivery agility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or as a Product Owner.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and CSM platforms, specifically ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to define product direction, manage backlogs, and prioritize features.
• Experience with Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and brainstorming techniques.
• Ability to analyze problems, solve complex issues, and manage changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders and customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in the healthcare industry.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
